The 2018 L’Acadie Blanc is an American Hybrid. It is one of the only hybrids to be designed in Ontario at the Vineland Research Centre. It is extremely winter hardy, at the time it was planted it was planted as experiment to see if it could adapt to our harsh winters. The results of this experiment produced a uniquely pleasant wine that appeals to those with an exceptional palate.
