In order to highlight the expression of the grapes the 2019 unoaked Southwark Chardonnay is made in 100% stainless steel. There is no oak which lessens the buttery taste that you get in oak Chardonnays. It has hints of peaches which are predominant on the nose.

The Camden Rose has a delicate floral citrus nose with hints of strawberry and kiwi. The palate exhibits Macintosh apples, raspberries, and cherries. This wine is dry with an exceptionally beautiful colour. It pairs well with a creamy melty brie on a hot summer day.

The 2020 Riesling has a nose that is fresh and crisp. The palate has green apple, pear as well as a hint of honeysuckle. This is a dry and refreshing Riesling that pairs well with sushi and tropical fruit.
