He’s worked in fine dining restaurants throughout Niagara-on-the-Lake, including the Prince of Wales and Queen’s Landing hotels. Given his cooking philosophy is inspired by Fergus Henderson's award-winning restaurant in Britain, we’re proud to have Chef Corey bring his passion for cooking to every menu at the London Born Wine Company.
