The 2017 sparkling rose is made with gamay as the base wine and done in the charmat method (or tank method). There are aromas of summer berries with slight bread notes. There is a pleasant mouth feel with vibrant acidity and fresh strawberries and kiwi on the palate. It can be enjoyed all year round. Can be enjoyed by itself or complimented by oysters.
