These grapes come from our 4000 Cherry Ave, Vineland property where we catch plenty of sun and have perfect conditions to produce this wine’s wonderful pineapple and slight floral notes. In order to highlight the expression of the grapes the 2019 unoaked Southwark Chardonnay is made in 100% stainless steel. There is no oak which lessens the buttery taste that you get in oak Chardonnays. It has hints of peaches which are predominant on the nose.

Old Vine Marechal Foch is estate grown. The vines are over 50 years old producing less fruit however more concentrated flavours. This unique wine spends 2 years in American oak. On the nose there are earthy notes with leather and hints of black current and black pepper. The palate is complex with black currents, dark cherries and subtle earthy flavours.
